Every AestheticNook order is handled with care to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, ensuring a simple and transparent checkout experience.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products are fulfilled through global partners to bring you the best in aesthetic home gadgets, delivery times may vary slightly based on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking Updates: It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the label is generated.

  • In Transit: If tracking does not update immediately, rest assured your package is securely in transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your local government are the responsibility of the customer.

  • AestheticNook is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@aestheticnook.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing stage, modifications are no longer possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo to our support team within 72 hours of arrival, and we will arrange a free replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
